Smoked Salmon and Avocado Plate [BF]
Simple, real food on a plate: smoked salmon, avocado and home made mayo. Testimony to the fact that a banting lunch doesn't have to be complicated.

Salt and pepper
Split the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out avocado pieces with a spoon. Place on a plate.
Add salmon and a hearty dollop of mayonnaise to the plate.
Top with freshly ground black pepper and a sprinkle of sea salt.
If you are okay with dairy, you can use organic cream cheese in place of mayonnaise. Just remember that cream cheese is on the orange list and therefore not suitable for your fat-burning phase.
